This home has been carefully designed with a lot of thought and love, so please treat it as your own! Please be open about your plans and we will do our best to accommodate you. Main House Rules: - No smoking of any kind indoors (outside is okay in designated areas) - No live music or DJs unless special exception is made - Quiet hours apply in outdoor spaces from 10PM-8AM. Noise must be kept to an extreme minimum in outdoor spaces during those hours. - Please enquire ahead of time if you will need to move any furniture or decor. Cleaning and Damages: - The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although Guest is expected to clean up after themselves. Please take out the trash, sweep floors, and wipe counters. If excessive cleaning is required, Owner will charge an additional fee per extra hour of cleaning required. - Guest must remove any equipment or rentals brought in. Please factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. - No glitter, confetti, or paint. - No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed without a trace. - We may require a fully refundable security deposit depending on the activity and number of attendees to cover any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) If damages exceed the deposit, an additional claim may be filed through the Peerspace platform or insurance carrier. - Feel free to use outside catering, event planning services, etc. - We also partner with a third-party concierge service that is very familiar with the home. If you need help planning or coordinating anything, such as catering, private chefs, in-home activities, etc, they can help! Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. A supplemental rental agreement may be required at the sole discretion of Owner.
