This space is in the lower level of my building. There is no natural light. 2 ceiling lights in room. We suggest you bring lighting.

The building is generally quiet. You may hear music playing softly in another suite.

Stairs

We have a front and a back door. The back door leads directly to the lower level stairway.

The bathroom is very spacious there is also a common area that can be used.

There is no glitter or confetti allowed, this ruins our floors and if used you could be charged a fine based on the price to clean it from the floors. The only adhesive allowed on the walls is plain clear tape. If damage occurs from using anything else you will be fined for the repair costs. Tables and chairs are inside the suite already. We include 30 minutes before and after your booking for setup and cleanup. This is a self-service rental—help us keep rates low by leaving the space as you found it. (If the cleaning protocol is not followed there will be a $50 fee) If anything in the space gets broken or goes missing you are liable for the price to replace and/or fix the item. Thank you for your cooperation! This is a self-service rental, so please broom sweep or mop (both located in the kitchenette) if there is food or debris on the floor. Cleaning supplies, including trash bags, can be found in the restroom. We provide three sizes of trash bags: 8-gallon for the restroom trash can, 13-gallon for the standard trash cans, and 40 gallon black contractor bags to put all the other trash bags inside of When leaving, please return tables and chairs to their original positions, Turn off lights and take out all trash to the blue and grey bins behind the building. If the bins are full, place black contractor bag (available in the restroom) next to the trash bins upright.
