No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. Please use designated smoking areas outside the venue. Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcoholic beverages is only allowed if prior approval has been obtained. All applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption must be adhered to. No Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the venue. Violators will be reported to the authorities. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of the surrounding environment and keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially during late hours. Excessive noise that disrupts neighbors or other bookings is not permitted. Decorations: Decorations are allowed but must be pre-approved. Avoid using materials that may cause damage to the property. All decorations must be removed at the end of the booking period. Pets: With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed on the premises. Capacity: Adhere to the specified capacity limit outlined in your booking agreement. Overcrowding is a safety hazard and is strictly prohibited. No Open Flames: Open flames, including candles, are not permitted without prior approval. Flameless LED candles are a safer alternative. Kitchen Use: If a kitchen is present, usage must comply with health and safety regulations. Clean up thoroughly after use. Prohibited Activities: Any activities that are deemed illegal, unethical, or in violation of local laws and regulations are strictly prohibited. Security Deposit: Ensure compliance with the terms of the security deposit agreement. Any damages or violations may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Timely Departure: Please vacate the premises promptly at the end of your booked time. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the agreed-upon time. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the termination of the booking and forfeiture of any applicable security deposit.
