But you are transported into a completely different space once you walk through the front door. The main floor is the original 3 bed 2 bath home, updated and upgraded with open kitchen and dining are with expandable dining table and bar seating. But theres more! Head to the back of the house and down a few elegant waterfall style steps to the sun room and game lounge. Two seating areas, oversized smart TV, and a foosball table are flooded with light from all 4 sides and the ceiling too with skylights so you can enjoy every sunny Denver Day indoors or out! Continue down stairs to the garden lounge with card/poker table, a large seating area with smart TV and "Coloradical" inspired design. Down the hall is a queen bedroom, a king bedroom and a spacious full sized bathroom. Neighborhood details: This Neighborhood is perfectly nestled near the I70 freeway and downtown but once you turn off the main drag, its a quiet, tidy, suburban neighborhood. Is your space surrounded by an eclectic mix of parks, restaurants, and shops? Give the guest an idea about what their overall experience will be by describing the neighborhood around you. Easily get to the mountains or explore culinary and shopping delights in the city and sleep in to your hearts content in this pocket of untouched urban/suburban heaven. Two great parks are nearby and one presents a picturesque view of downtown Denver! Logistics: There is a two car garage and a driveway for complimentary off street parking for up to 6 cars. Entry is by custom guest which will be provided after booking and before your stay begins. The dining area can easily accommodate 10 people at the table and four more at the island counter. The couch in the sunroom is a sofa bed and is easily taken apart and moved if need be. The garden level lounge sofa is completely modular and can be customized to suit your needs. Every bedroom has its own smart TV mounted to the wall. Layout: The main level has a primary suite with private attached full bath and king bed. There is a queen bedroom and a dual full sized bedroom that share the second full bath on the main level. The garden level includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a full bathroom to share.
