The is a wide open multipurpose room that can be used for photoshoots, seminars, pop up events and more. Daily Cleaning: - Our dedicated cleaning staff conducts a thorough cleaning of common areas, workstations, and high-touch surfaces every day before the start of business hours. 2. Mid-Day Check: - A mid-day check is performed to ensure that common areas, meeting rooms, and shared facilities remain tidy throughout the day. 3. Evening Cleaning: - A comprehensive cleaning routine is executed after regular business hours to prepare the space for the next working day. Cleaning Procedures: 1. Surface Disinfection: - High-touch surfaces, including desks, doorknobs, light switches, and communal equipment, are regularly disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning agents. 2. Common Area Maintenance: - Common areas such as kitchens, lounge spaces, and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Members are encouraged to report any spills or issues promptly. 3. Workspace Sanitization: - Members are responsible for keeping their individual workspaces clean. Cleaning supplies are readily available, and members are encouraged to wipe down their desks and equipment regularly. 4. Meeting Room Hygiene: - Meeting rooms are cleaned and sanitized after each use. Members are asked to discard any trash and report any spills or issues to our staff.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
