Our trained staff assess the space, identifying areas that require specific attention and noting any potential safety hazards. 2. Gathering Cleaning Supplies: We gather a wide range of industry-standard cleaning supplies, including disinfectants, detergents, microfiber cloths, mops, and vacuums. These supplies are carefully selected to ensure thorough and effective cleaning while minimizing the environmental impact. 3. Surface Cleaning: Our cleaning team systematically cleans and sanitizes all surfaces. This includes dusting and wiping down furniture, fixtures, and equipment to eliminate dust and germs. We also pay special attention to high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and handrails. 4. Flooring Care: Our team addresses flooring with the appropriate methods, whether it's vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, or providing specialized care for delicate surfaces. Stains are treated as needed. 5. Restroom Sanitation: Restrooms receive meticulous attention. We sanitize and disinfect all restroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and counter tops. We replenish supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue. 6. Kitchen and Common Areas: Kitchens and common areas are cleaned with thoroughness. Countertops, appliances, and communal spaces are disinfected to ensure a safe environment for food preparation and social interactions. 7. Disinfection Procedures: In response to current health concerns, we have implemented enhanced disinfection procedures. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
