Pool area with a bar and 4 chairs Tons of seating outside There is a bus stop right in front of the house The house is on the corner It is a quiet neighborhood with nearby street parking Up to 10 cars can fit in the front and back driveway We recommend Ubering if it is a large group, or else you will have to walk a bit from your parking space if there are more cars then 10. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
