Anything from birthday parties, baby showers, graduations or even weddings will find this space perfect for their needs. We are a working adult dance studio Mon-Thu and moonlight as an event center Fri-Sun. 1,000sf space with high ceilings, dedicated A/C, sound system for background noice and floating water-resistant floors comfortably fits up to 60ppl seated with room for food and drinks. Just added - dimmable LED lighting and ceiling fans with lights - to provide you with lighting options. Down the hall are 4 well appointed and clean bathrooms. You and your guests will be using the North entrance for privacy and direct access to the room with the celebration. Door 2 enters into the ballroom. Be sure to direct your guests as such, in your invitations, and bring along signs and/or balloons to help direct your guests from outside. Tables (6' rectangle) and folding white chairs included with each rental. Wifi throughout the building. Plenty of free parking. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
