Our beautiful space is located centrally in Dallas and nestled in an Urban community. This space provides you with the accommodations to make your event memorable and leave a lasting impression on your guests. Our space offers two rooms with a total of 2000 sqft to host your next baby shower, bridal shower, birthday gathering, pop-up event, wedding rehearsal dinner, repast, and business/social mixer. Space features: * WiFi * 3- 60" TV with HDMI, USB, and USBC connections to plug in and display * 3- restrooms {handicap accessible} * 2- separate event rooms {Room 1= 400sqft and Room 2= 1600sqft} * Kitchen for prep * White chairs * White round and rectangle tables A la carte packages available including catering, decor, event planning, custom print designs, and sound/audio visual. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
