About the Space
This stylish and gritty luxury Loft is perfect for video or photo shoots, business meet-ups or even exercise events. A space nestled in the heart of downtown Detroit. It is an amazing area to site-see the beautiful murals by some of the world's most famous muralists. A unique loft with raw bricks and original concrete floors. High 18-foot ceilings provide a good use for sound. Open floor plan with exposed kitchen. High-speed WIFI is available for work events along with a 90" TV with surround sound for music or video presentations. A microphone system is also available if requested. Amazing double doors eliminate the need to carry equipment upstairs and easily accessible for those needing physical assistance. Extremely large windows provide natural light . The location is amazing walkability to bars and restaurants in the Eastern Market district and within a few miles from Ford Field, Comerica Park, Fox Theatre, Little Caesar’s Arena, and the Detroit Opera House just to name a few.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is a beautiful space and the help we received from the hosts, Sean and Nakida, was top notch! Very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The space is very clean, updated, spacious, and had everything we needed. The price is great for such a big space too. Highly recommend!

A beautiful space. You will love it! I had my son’s high school graduation there. It was perfect my son loved and so did all my guests. The only downsides was the cleaning and no Especially for the bathroom and complementary setup for your event. Overall 5 stars. Also I would like to mention the property Nakida and family were super nice

This proved to be the perfect venue for my daughter's Prom Send Off. All of the quest were impressed with the space. Upon entering the space prior to our event everything was super clean and the furniture had been arranged as I had requested. Thank you, Sean/Nakida, for being exception host.

Found this hidden jewel and loved everything about it! Great space! Excellent location! Clean and open concept! The owners responded to all questions within a reasonable time frame. Please don't sleep on booking this space!
