Located in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn—a dynamic production/Event space spanning over 2500 square feet, complete with a kitchen and private outdoor (Heated) patio. Ideal for intimate celebrations, private dinners, birthdays and mid to large events, this space offers a versatile environment to easily transform your vision. Situated steps from the L train the space is well-equipped and adaptable to diverse creative needs. Located in the ground floor with easy load in and private parking we also provide built in sound system, projector and lighting services. Every rental is cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival with all high contact points and surfaces cleaned, we provide hand sanitizer and have an outside area for additional space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
