At our cozy 3 bed 2 bath home, we prioritize your health and safety. In compliance with Peer Space's cleaning standards, we ensure thorough cleaning before each booking. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning the entire space. We provide a hand washing station equipped with soap, warm water, and paper towels, along with hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol. All common areas accessible to guests, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances, are meticulously cleaned. We also take care of dishes, silverware, and other amenities we provide. Garbage is removed and bins are relined for each guest. Beyond these standard protocols, we also implement enhanced measures for your peace of mind. We limit guest count according to state and local guidelines, space out bookings for extensive cleaning, and use EPA-approved products to disinfect high-touch surfaces and shared amenities. Soft, porous materials are either properly cleaned or removed, and we encourage physical distancing by reconfiguring our space. To ensure the utmost safety, we schedule professional cleaners between bookings and provide supplies like disinfecting wipes. Our commitment to your health extends to open ventilation, ensuring windows and doors are open when possible to enhance air circulation. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities during your stay in our home.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
