About the Space
The studio is a secure film production warehouse. Also offering individual rooms for meetings, castings, and small events. The facility is totaling 7,000 sq ft. Located 1 minute from the Dan Ryan Expressway in the East Englewood Community. We've accompanied a great number of film and cinema productions within the last year. Owned, operated, and managed by a 30-year professional in the Performing and Visual Arts. We offer free exterior parking. Vehicles may also be used inside of the warehouse space for music videos, and cinema projects. Three office suites are available and included with your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
