Designed for content creation our Downtown Content Creation Space offers an open floor plan and sitting area to promote community within the workspace. Primarily rented by photographers and videographers but not limited to social media influencers and small events, our Downtown Content Creation Space is as versatile as it is fun to be in! Amenities to include: -(2) 600W Strobe lights w/modifiers. -Tethered shooting capabilities w/mobile monitor (Must provide your device) -(2) V-Flat panels -Multiple backdrop colors to choose from -Anything within the studio can be used as a prop -Surround sound speakers to immerse yourself within the space in your music of choice. -In studio dressing room w/vanity -15ft ceilings -Downtown view -Wifi -Kitchen with oven -Conference room available upon request with rental

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
