Furnished room for treatments including massage, body contouring. lashes, waxing, facials, medical aesthetics, and access to conference room with a maximum of 10 people good for teaching classes, podcasts, or meetings. Conference room includes flat screen TV, whiteboard and conference table with 10 chairs. f you are starting up a business or have existing clients this is a great space. Great for nurses in medical aesthetics, estheticians, massage therapists and more. Access to a beautiful waiting area for your clients. Kitchen area includes tables and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and coffee pot. Restrooms are public.

Health and Safety Measures
Anyone renting the room will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting of the room after use. Trash should be thrown in trash outside of rooms. Any boxes or big trash items need to be carried to dumpster in the back. Outside the treatment room ex waiting areas, restrooms, kitchen, etc. are cleaned by cleaning company on a daily basis.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
