Beautiful, versatile studio space with high ceilings, natural light, and gorgeous Hue Lighting that can change to fit your vibe (see photos). Space can be used for Dance classes from Ballet to Tap, Yoga, private fitness. Also a great space for fittings, table reads, rehearsals, photo/film shoots, meetings, small gatherings, parties and pop-ups. Conveniently located near a great Coffee Shop and Cafe, rent the studio for the best date-night ever: dinner to-go and dancing in our beautifully lit studio all to yourself! The studio is 1700 sq feet including the dance floor, bathroom, kitchenette and mezzanine. When you rent the studio, you have the entire space to yourself. The downstairs Marley Dance Floor measures about 18 ft by 50 ft. We have a full wall of portable glassless MirrorLite mirrors on wheels that can be moved to suit your needs. Music can be played from our bluetooth sound system. **If requested and for additional fee we have portable ballet barres, panel mats, portapits, and more! Message us for a full gear list** Upstairs is a loft/mezzanine great for meetings, small classes, storage of gear, prep and more. It also has Marley Flooring. The Studio has beautiful high exposed bow truss ceilings, 2 skylights, and HVAC (Air conditioning and Heat), WiFi. There is also a small kitchenette with fridge and sink. Private Bathroom.

Between rentals, the studio is cleaned (Dance Floor, Bathroom, Kitchen, Loft) all high touch surfaces are disinfected, all our equipment, chairs, and pads are cleaned between each use to ensure their safety.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
