Parking description
The Civic Opera Building does not have a dedicated parking lot. There is limited metered parking nearby, we recommend iParkit or SpotHero to find discounted parking options. The CME Building (10 S. Wacker) is the nearest parking garage, but plenty of other parking options are within a two-block radius.
General Rules
All logistics should be confirmed prior to your event. Please be sure to provide the organizer's email address at the time of booking with TeamWorking. Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will send you an event checklist to fill out and a rental agreement to sign. Security cameras and recording devices
TeamWorking has security cameras installed throughout our office. We do record in our north and south kitchen as well as elevator banks and main entrance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
TeamWorking is completely modular - not only does our furniture easily move, but so do our walls. Our event space is set up in a way that we can physically distance your guests to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. At this time, we do encourage open windows to promote better ventilation and airflow.
Formal sanitization procedures are in place throughout our entire space and follow all the federal and city guidelines. All conference rooms and surfaces within are disinfected before and after each use. Those who are not vaccinated are strongly encouraged to remain masked within TeamWorking by TechNexus.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
