You will not find a better host than Neeharika! Not only was she very responsive, she is also very kind, considerate and mindful of our needs! It was a short notice when we decided to book but Neeharika accommodated our request and went beyond expectations! The house is very homey and cozy and all our guests were very pleased and enjoyed the party. My husband and I celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday and chose this location for our daughter's guests' convenience so they won't have to travel far and it was a huge success! Neeharika provided everything she told us she would provide despite the weather almost ruining the celebration, we were very, very pleased and grateful to one great host! Thank you Neeharika for making my daughter's 18th birthday a very memorable day! She was very happy and told me to let you know that you're a QUEEN for being a part of her successful "coming-to-adulthood" celebration! Bless your heart and stay kind!

100% Absolutely wonderful experience! The host is so kind and communicative :) The entryway offers a perfect little area for guests to leave their shoes by the door - doing so allowed for my guests and I to enjoy the cozy space (and heated flooring?! omg... so amazing) during the cold winter night. The space is homey and clean! I appreciated the hosts leaving cake cutting utensils out for quick access :) Cleaning supplies and extra foldable chairs were also available for us to use. The TV was easy to use and I'm so glad we we were able to connect to it to play music and games! The lighting of the living rooms offered a warm and cozy vibe, which was exactly what I wanted. The lighting in the dining room was a little dimmer but there was thankfully a lot of white wallspace + accessible outlets throughout the house so I used that opportunity to decorate (and light up) the walls by putting up christmas lights with white painters tape. The kitchen area and open counter were perfect for setting up beverages, and we used the dining table to place the guests' potluck dishes. Although most of my guests chose to pack in the dining room and kitchen space (as that was where the food and drinks were), the 2 other living rooms offered so much additional space, allowing for my guests to engage with each other and move through rooms comfortably. I was so delighted to hear so many great compliments about the space from my guests :') It was honestly such a breeze to host my event here and I'm so grateful for Neeharika and her support throughout the entire process. Would love to re-book this space again should I need it for another event in the future - thank you again!

Neeharika was an amazing host! In fact, if it weren’t for her hospitality our celebration would have not been the same. The home was great and offered all the amenities that many other hosts don’t tend to offer. Our guests enjoyed their time and complimented the home throughout the event. We would 100% book again as well as recommend Neeharika to our close friends and family.

10/10 experience! The host was very communicative and understanding of my budget as well. She also took the time to decorate the whole house for my birthday. In addition to that, she gave me and others a bit extra time to clean. Overall, I must say that I will be considering booking with this host again sometime in the future. Very kind, considerate, and hassle-free.
