This calm, stylish space boasts an impressive collection of art, books and DVDs. It’s a gated hidden oasis in the center of Houston’s historic Third ward district. This space has been thoughtfully curated to offer our guests comfort, luxury, convenience and culture. It’s a very versatile space that’s great for small private events, showers, brunches, luncheons or dinner; meetings, tastings, content creation, and podcasting. As it is a fully furnished apartment it’s also great for slumber parties and game nights. The location is ideal, offering easy access to all major freeway entrances, local Universities and in addition is less than ten minutes from Houston’s renowned Medical center and Museum district..

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
