General Rules
There is no smoking, pets, or extremely loud music allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating/adhesive items may be used on the walls. At the end of your booking throw away all trash into the green dumpsters in the parking lot. Please be respectful of the other tenants in the building and return the space as it was given to you. If you need more time for your booking let me know ASAP to make the necessary arrangements.

We hire professional cleaners to take care of the home in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
