About the Space
We are a local family run farm located just 2 minutes from downtown Petaluma. This beautiful 3+ acre property is set against the picturesque valley hills. The fields once grazed by horses, and chickens have been transformed into an elegantly modern space with rustic touches. We specialize in small gatherings, workshops, and retreats - we are currently not booking any wedding receptions at this time. The property includes a charming and robust garden during the spring, summer, and fall, as well as modernized 2400 sq. ft. barn, restored shipping container bar and patio, 4500 sq.ft. turf lawn, and contemporary decor that's a little bit country and a little bit chic. We look forward to sharing our space with you.

This is a country property and barn. We sweep and vacuum the concrete floor of the barn, but this is a barn so it can be lightly dusty, and is not immaculate.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
