About the Space

Newly remodeled open entire home with natural lighting. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Modern outdoor patio with gas fire pit and ample seating. The venue is great for photo shoots and hosting small gatherings. 2 free on-site parking spots and plenty of free parking on the street.

Yes, I would book again.

I booked this location to film a spec ad that was supposed to have a light, airy feel. Space was perfect for that, with natural light coming in and white walls to bounce it around the room for ambient fill. The two parking spots are right outside the door to the location, which made bringing equipment in/out very easy and was crucial because there wasn't a ton of room for staging inside the space. It was also nice to have a furnished room with plenty of props to fill the frame. The space wasn't perfectly clean (dirty dishes in the sink, rips in part of the couch, etc.), but I was able to film around all that so wasn't an issue. And Emily was always very responsive and clear in her instructions.

Yes, I would book again.
