Everything needed for your meeting, event or production is within minutes by car or even foot. THE LOGISTICS: Since it's a flex space, you can rent out the entire building and all of its amenities or you can rent out only pieces of it. As long as what you need to use is reasonable and available, just message the host to work something out! Being that the building is unmarked and unassuming with direct access from the private parking lot in the back, the building is perfect for private and VIP meetings. Need to hold a meeting or screen a document with your team of 6-10 people? The conference room is perfect for that. Don’t have an office and need a place to help you make a good impression with an out-of-town client? This space is perfect for that! Aside from the private parking lot, there is plenty of free all-day parking available on the adjacent and side streets. There are also bus stops in the immediate vicinity. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
