Everything needed for your event or production is within minutes by car or even foot. Most importantly, it is a SAFE.area. THE LOGISTICS: Since it's a flex space, you can rent out the entire building and all of its amenities or you can rent out only pieces of it. As long as what you need to use is reasonable and available, just message Antonio and he will work something out for you! And permitting with the city is easy and inexpensive. Being that the building is unmarked and unassuming with direct access from the private parking lot in the back, the stage is perfect for modest, private, and VIP photoshoots and videos. The stage is also perfect for table-top shoots, teaching a large class or seminar, building sets and installations, hosting a pop-up shop, showing art, throwing a mixer, casting dancers or models, taking headshots, self-taping for an audition, the possibilities are literally endless! Need to hold a birthday party, baby shower, bachelor/bachelorette party? This space is perfect for that! Aside from the private parking lot, there is plenty of free all-day parking available on the adjacent and side streets. There are also several bus stops in the immediate vicinity.
