Located in the absolute heart of SoMa, this is a truly urban but roomy area to work, chit chat, party, and more - customizable for YOUR needs! Upon entering, you'll immediately be WOWed by the accessibility and openness. Through the shared lobby, you'll enter a hall padded by storage lockers. Past this, there will be a glass conference room set up with tables and rolling chairs. Set to the side is a wet bar and mini kitchen. The space itself is completely open, decked with comfortable conversation areas with couches and pillows, and working areas set up with tables and rolling chairs (removable upon request). There is both a sound bar and projector set up, several whiteboards on the walls, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen comes equipped with disposable and non-disposable dishes, cutlery, and complimentary teas and coffee. There is a sink, toaster oven, ice box, knife block, and serving dishes. Charming decor lines the walls, from plushies to exotic travel souvenirs. We have hosted all varieties of events - from being a conference space for visiting Moscone Center companies, corporate offsite sessions, birthday parties, fundraising brunches, and all night ragers! Before its life as a short-term rental, the space hosted an AI company. Additional features: - MonkeyBrains provides top-of-the-line internet. - ADA accessible bathroom, shower, and spaces. As self-described city-slickers, we have lived in New York, Chicago, and Orlando before settling into San Francisco, where we love the vibrant culture and cutting-edge tech. We fell in love with this house, where we ourselves host events, such as poetry meetups, world-class DJ dance parties, networking and mingling, and brunches.
