Everything needed for your production is within minutes by car or even foot. Most importantly, this is a very SAFE area. THE LOGISTICS: Since it's a flex space, you can rent out the entire building and all of its amenities or you can rent out only pieces of it. As long as what you need to use is reasonable and available, just message Antonio and he will work something out for you! And permitting with the city is easy and inexpensive. Being that the building is unmarked and unassuming with direct access from the private parking lot in the back, the stage is perfect for low key, private, and VIP photoshoots and video shoots. The stage is also perfect for table-top shoots, building sets and installations, casting dancers or models, taking headshots, self-taping for an audition, the possibilities are literally endless! Need to hold a production meeting, table read, or screening for 6-10 people? The conference room is perfect for that. Need a space to your production team to work for a few weeks? One of the upstairs office bays is perfect for that. Need a place to help you make a good impression with an out-of-town client? This space is perfect for that! Aside from the private parking lot, there is plenty of free all-day parking available on the adjacent and side streets. There are also several bus stops in the immediate vicinity.
