The Rokkerhouse

If you are looking to attend a game or concert at Sofi, The Forum or Intuit dome, we are located in the best place possible. We are walking distance from all stadiums, and we are directly across the street from Sofi. Literally a 5-minute walk to the front door. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We did an extensive remodel last year and everything is brand new. Modern kitchen with all appliances and fully stocked with high end cookware and utensils. The Livingroom has a 75-inc smart TV as well as Bluetooth speakers. Nespresso and Keurig coffee available. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and high-end mattresses from Casper, Sealy and Nectar. Each room has a 32-inch smart TV and wardrobe rack. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with modern tile work and Toto toilets. The front outdoor space is a great place to sit before a game or concert and watch the thousands of people walking by the house to get to the event. The backyard has a new Hot Springs hot tub, just waiting to sooth those aching muscles after a concert or game. Try your skill at golf, the house has a 3-hole putting green in the backyard! There is an outdoor BBQ as well, for those pre-game or concert meals. The property also has a backhouse available for an extra charge. This space is perfect for watching a game on the 75-inc TV. There is a large sectional sofa and large reclaimed wood table for meetings or dinner engagements. The backhouse also has a bathroom.
