Production Facilities: For your convenience, an airstream trailer equipped with power, A/C, counters, seating, and a full kitchen is available for an additional fee. It also features an outdoor deck area and serves as an excellent base camp at the front of the property. We can also provide spacious areas to accommodate any screened pop-up structures for an additional fee. A port-a-potty is available in the barn area. Additional bathrooms (compost toilets) are located throughout the property and can be made available for an additional cleaning fee. Logistics and Equipment: Our property is equipped with limited power sources. Please consider utilizing your own generators or we have generators available as an add on. Internet access via Starlink is available for an additional fee. Phone service is generally good with Verizon. For areas further from the front needing power, generators will likely be necessary. For efficient gear transportation, we offer two Kawasaki Mule ATV vehicles as an add on. Ample Parking and Access: Parking is available but limited, with a spacious lot in the front accommodating up to 10 cars. Additional parking for 5 additional cars is available throughout the property. Carpooling is encouraged, but overflow parking is also available on Mullholland Highway at the entrance to Lower Brewster Road. Logistical Considerations: Please note that while big box trucks can access the parking lot, low trees and power lines further back limit clearance to 13 1/2 feet. Smaller box trucks and high vans can navigate the rear areas with ease. The dirt road is entirely private, steep and narrow. To ensure a harmonious experience for all, please be considerate of our neighbors by using pull-out spots when cars meet, driving slowly to keep dust to a minimum and to accommodate wildlife.
