Pre-Production Cleaning: Before the arrival of any production team, our space undergoes a thorough deep cleaning. This includes disinfecting all surfaces, floors, and common areas with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products that are effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses without compromising the safety of our clients. High-Touch Surface Disinfection: We pay special attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and restroom facilities. These areas are sanitized frequently throughout the day with EPA-approved disinfectants to ensure the highest level of hygiene and to minimize the risk of contamination. Equipment and Prop Cleaning: Any equipment or props provided by our venue for production use are cleaned and disinfected before and after each rental. Post-Production Deep Clean: Following the completion of a production, our venue undergoes another comprehensive deep cleaning to prepare for the next clients. This ensures that every group enters a space that meets our rigorous cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
