About the Space
Suite C Riverside is 7500 SQ FT of fully customizable production space. it is perfect for filming and recording audio. We have separate hair, makeup and dressing areas in addition to a production office and VIP lounge. Located on the ground floor makes loading in equipment fast and easy. The 1200 SQ FT patio is can be used as a holding area for talent but is also great for crew meals. There is a catering kitchen on the premises if you prefer to prepare meals for talent and crew onsite. Our fully open space allows for the building of sets and can accommodate up to 300 people. You are only limited by your imagination as far as what you can use this space for. Please schedule a visit to come see for yourself. Perfect for church productions. We also can do bedroom sets and kitchen shoots.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is a beautiful venue and affordable. The host Sean is awesome to work with and very helpful with all your party needs. We had a birthday party celebration, and received many compliments on the venue. We would defiantly use this venue again!

Great space for a party of 200 hundred people. Very clean and has a lot of amenities to offer. Make sure to clearly communicate with management and get in writing what is included or offered for your event. There were changes that were not notified to me until the day of my event. Overall, a beautiful space that met the needs for my event and the host was responsive.

Venue is very spacious and was very clean. Tables and chairs were setup as requested. Sound system was great.

The space was even more perfect than when we 1st booked it , because the host Sean had added amenities that were perfect for our event and therefore we didn't have set certain things up because he already had it. He was extremely accommodating and had every supply we needed short tables, long tables, cocktail tables, table cloths, chairs . lights, sound systems, stage, bar etc we even didnt think much about how we would be lugging everything from our cars to the inside and he had something for us to carry our items. inside Socially, Sean was very flexible, accommodating , relational and entertaining, he was very considerate and continually checked in to ensure everything was good throughout our entire event. He even took some of the best pictures that became favorites to the bride and groom. Definitely will book again, I've already had inquires and referrals so this place wont be easy to book for much longer....better secure your spot now.
