About the Space
This elegant and sophisticated library backdrop provides the perfect set for capturing captivating content. The set is 15x10 ft, with fully wooden flooring, and one diffused spotlight to illuminate the space. This set is perfect for portrait photography, editorial shoots, author interviews, book promotions, educational content, and so much more. We offer an array of props including tables and chairs, sofas, other furniture, plants, books, a computer, instruments, and a lamp. Guests are more than welcome to bring their props as well. Our studio is over 2000 ft.² and includes a green room, bathroom, water station, a speaker, and extension cords to simplify your equipment and lighting setup.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
The lighting includes Smallrig 220B lights, a 4 foot Quasar RGB Rainbow 2, and multiple filming diffused lights. We also offer 4 c-stands and power cables that are included with the rental.

Equipment loading description
Loading filming equipment within the studio is extremely easy! You can either park your car right next to the door or open up the 16 foot garage door and back into the studio.

There are over 20 outlets spread across the studio for close range to any equipment.

General Rules
The minimum accepted rental duration is 2 hours.
The booking duration will begin from the moment the guest or anyone associated with the guest enters the building, meaning an early arrival will count towards the total length of time on-site and may incur overtime charges. If the customer renting our space or any guests associated with the customer are still in the building beyond 15 minutes past the booking ending time, overtime will automatically be charged to the customer at the hourly rate of the booking.
We do not offer any editing services, equipment rentals, or on-the-spot services for any Peerspace bookings.
Food is allowed but please keep the room clean.
If the space is left dirty, such as garbage left out or items not properly put away, a $100 cleaning fee will be billed to the Client.
No smoking in the building. A $100 fee will be added to the booking if smoking inside the building is identified.
No guns or weapons will be allowed in the building.
All ages are allowed in the space

Health and Safety Measures
We clean up throughly after every booking that is completed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
