Our 1969, split level Mid Century Modern home was renovated in 2022. Main floor details include: 8ft ceilings, hardwood floors, all white walls, ceilings and baseboards, original stone slab flooring in the entryway, original wood-slated stair case, original fireplace and matching stone planter with live plants, (matching the outside stonework) living and dining areas are both informal, kitchen with plenty of prep space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level details include: matching original fireplace and stone planter, (with live plants) casual living space and small informal dining space, 2 bedrooms (1 being a full time office), 1 bathroom. Our home has plenty of natural light throughout, an open floor plan, ample equipment storage space in the 3-car attached (heated) garage, the unfinished mudroom connected to the garage and in the large laundry/utility room with access to add'l fridge/freezer space in the laundry room. We have a unique whirlpool room off the laundry room as well. The laundry room has been used as a product photography studio with blacked out curtains. Some equipment is available upon request. The kitchen, living and dining room is a great space for video and photography with high-end furnishings, plants and decor.
