Event Conduct: * Events must be booked and confirmed in advance with a signed contract and deposit. * Decor is allowed with prior approval and must not damage the venue or pose a safety hazard. * No open flames, confetti, or pyrotechnics are permitted without written permission. * Security personnel may be required for certain events depending on size, guest count, or alcohol service. (We have security personnel when needed) Food & Beverage: * Outside catering is allowed but we also have catering services * No outside alcohol is permitted * Food and beverage packages can be tailored to individual event needs. Additional: * All equipment brought into the venue must be pre-approved for safety and functionality. * Lost and found items will be held for a limited time before being discarded or donated. * Parking arrangements should be agreed upon in advance, especially for large groups or valet services. * Cancellation policies will be outlined in the event contract.
