Large event space with lots of natural light and separate entrances! We have a large 1400 square foot room that is connected to a welcoming, intimate lobby space, and an empty 400 square foot room with access from the large room and the lobby. The smaller room can be used to station food, check in for events, breakout room, lounge, wardrobe/changing area, or any other need you can think of! Our space is perfect for birthday parties Receptions dance classes yoga classes Zumba classes Workshops kids activities Auditions photography or video shoots small performances and more We are located in a residential area of West Marietta in the back of a small shopping complex on the lower level. We are close enough to main roads, but do not have the noise or traffic from the street since we are hidden in the back. The 1400 square foot room has double doors leading directly into it from the parking lot and can be used as an additional, or the primary, entrance. There are floor to ceiling windows with blackout curtains on the lower 8 foot windows which can be opened, or removed, to provide for more natural light. The top windows, each 3 feet tall, can be covered with blackout curtains if necessary. We have gray ceiling track curtains available (at no additional cost) to pull across the wall of mirrors and across the wall of ballet barres to camoflage one wall or both. We can provide folding tables and/or folding chairs at an additional cost. Please ask for pricing. Both restrooms are accessible from the lobby. Our smaller 400 square foot room with lobby access is available to book by itself, too, if you are needing to rent a small space. We have a separate listing for that.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
No cooking is allowed as we do not have a kitchen. However if you intend to serve food in one of the rented rooms we do allow food prep in that space. Preparation examples include: plating, buffet style setup with chafing dish and food warmers, and similar situations. Please let us know if you have a need outside of these examples and we can respond with whether it is permitted.

We can provide chairs at an additional cost.
We have two speakers connected to an amp system that can also accommodate a microphone connection. The speaker and amp brand is Rockville. You are able to connect via Bluetooth or auxiliary cord which we can provide for several connections. Check with us to see if we have the cord you need otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. There is also a USB port and an SD card slot on the amp.
