About the Space
This photography studio in the heart of downtown Salisbury, NC has just about everything a creative entrepreneur needs! Within approximately 1200 square feet there will always be a seasonal installation in the left front window area while the other window area is a blank slate (curtains can be drawn to filter the sunlight coming in). The main studio is a large open space with 107 wall-mounted Savage Seamless backdrops (white, black, bone & fashion gray) and a backdrop stand ready for you to use or move around as needed. If you would rather have a blank white wall, simply move the backdrop stand and roll up the seamless backdrops for a wall that's approximately 23 ft long and 8 ft 4 in up to 12 ft tall. Not only does this space have beautiful light coming in from the west-facing windows, but all of the walls are painted bright white with the added charm of historic ceiling tiles. The studio space is large enough for you to bring your lighting equipment and there are plenty of outlets to use. If you are interested in using the styling salon or need styling services, please contact me directly. There is a large bathroom inside the studio for guests to use. Parking is a breeze with free on-street parking or a free parking lot next to the building with a 2-hour limit.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Great space with lots of natural light! Communication was quick and easy. On-street parking was accessible and easy to unload gear right inside. She even had the chair and backdrop setup we wanted to use for our video, which was great. If you're filming a video, the street noise is pretty loud. Some loud vehicles and sirens went by on the main street outside, so we had to pause filming until they passed.

We rented this space for a baby shower and it was absolutely perfect! Paige was so accommodating and helpful. Every single guest mentioned how beautiful the space is. The event couldn’t have gone better and I am so thankful that the venue was so amazing and the least of my worries.
