About the Space
Family owned Italian restaurant with 8 bocce ball courts. We have 4 bocce courts inside and 4 outside. We have table seating inside located in between our bocce courts and outside tables located in front of the outside bocce courts. Most of our tables are teak wooden tables with wooden chairs. There is one private indoor room that fits up to 20 guests. There is also a bar area. The building was at one time a lumber yard and has an industrial warehouse vibe.

We have 26 regular parking spots and 2 handicap spots. Street parking is free and there is a free public parking lot about a 5 minutes walk way
General Rules
No smoking on the property
No stiletto heels on the bocce ball courts
No amplified music - acoustic or low volume music is okay
No messy decorations such as confetti, nothing damaging like staples/tacks/nails, and no open flame candles
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have multiple video security cameras. Three for the outside parking lot, two exterior facing University Ave, one monitoring the front doors/entrance, two monitoring the inside courts, one on the outside patio, one monitoring the bar area, one monitoring our liquor storage area, and one facing our main dining room inside
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning crew that cleans our building every morning and we also do a deep clean of our bathrooms twice a month.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
