About the Space

History of the space Embarcadero Centers – 1EC, 2EC, 3EC, 4EC is an urban retail center and is a premier destination for retail, fitness, dining, entertainment, services, and more. Located in the heart of Downtown San Francisco. Neighborhood details Located near Bart, Muni, F-Lines AC-Transit, and Ferry lines. Centrally located walking distance to downtown San Francisco companies, retail, restaurants, hotels, and landmarks such as the Ferry Building and neighborhoods such as North Beach and Chinatown. Logistics We have a large meeting table that seats 12 people comfortably. We also have additionally counter at the same height as the large meeting table that seats 3 people. There is an onsite TV monitor with a stand for presentations. There is a Sonos speaker you can connect to for music. There are parking garages at each of the Embarcadero Centers.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
