Our commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users is paramount. To uphold these standards, we have established the following cleaning policy for our facility: 1. Pre-Event Cleaning: - The facility will undergo a thorough cleaning and sanitization by our staff prior to your event, ensuring that all areas are in optimal condition for your use. 2. During the Event: - Renters are responsible for managing waste and maintaining cleanliness during the event. This includes using provided trash receptacles and managing spills or messes promptly. All trash must be pulled and taken with renter. We do NOT have a trash disposal onsite. 3. Post-Event Cleaning: - Renters are required to perform a basic clean-up after their event, which includes disposing of all trash which should be taken with renters. - Removing any decorations, and returning the space to its original condition. - All food and beverages must be cleared away, and surfaces should be wiped down to prevent stains or damage. 4. Supplementary Cleaning Fee: - If the facility requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use, a supplementary cleaning fee may be charged. This fee covers additional services such as deep cleaning of stains, removal of decorations not disposed of, or specialized sanitation services if required. 5. Damages: - Renters will be assessed for any damages caused to the facility during their event. This includes damages resulting from failure to clean or improper use of the premises. 6. Compliance: - Compliance with this cleaning policy is mandatory. Failure to adhere may result in additional fees or denial of future rental requests. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
