General Rules
House Rules - Please Respect Our Home:
.Please remove your shoes at the entrance once inside the unit.
• Absolutely NO PARTIES! Violations will result in immediate termination of booking.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING! A cleaning fee will be assessed if anyone smokes anything in the house during your stay!
• Absolutely NO PETS! A cleaning fee will be assessed if any pets are brought onto the property. The owner is extremely allergic to animals, fur, hair, and dander.
• All unauthorized guests will result in a fee per guest per night.
• Please keep noise to a reasonable level. Noise violations will result in termination of booking if no action is taken after the 2nd notice.
Thermostat: The thermostat is located in the living room in the lower unit, 183. Also, each room has a radiator. Each radiator has a thermostatic valve and knob located a the top. Turn the knob clockwise/counterclockwise to adjust the heat setting.
Maintenance alert:
Please turn off the thermostat, lights, and TV when leaving the property.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
