We have a contactless check-in/check-out process for your convenience. Any dirt or marks will be extremely difficult to clean. • Please be mindful of our white couch and a studio cube. Both are easily stained • If you’re moving furniture, please put it back afterwards. • Please take your trash out (there are 2 trashrooms down in the hallway on your way to the elevator) • Please return the studio to the condition it was in, thank you! There is a loading dock with a ramp to a freight elevator located on Mill st. Freight elevator hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F After hours usage is possible but with 48-hour notice (approval must be granted by the building management). The passenger elevator is available 24 hrs 7 days a week

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The studio was exactly what we were looking for for our maternity shoot. It had beautiful textured walls and lots of chairs to choose from. It was a cloudy day during our shoot and we still got beautiful natural light, plus our photographer hooked up to the lights provided by the studio. One thing to note, the studio is on the 6th floor and the elevator was not working. Luckily my husband brought up all the photography equipment, but if it's just you and your photographer (and especially if you're pregnant), check in advance about the elevator.
