Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

1. General Cleaning Procedures: - Clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces regularly throughout the day, such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, tables, chairs, and restroom fixtures. *Provide hand sanitizing stations at the entrance and other key locations within the facility. 2. Restroom Cleaning: - Clean and disinfect restrooms at least every 2 hours during peak usage times. - Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper as needed. - Ensure that all surfaces, including sinks, countertops, toilets, and floors, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. 3.Event Space Cleaning: - Before and after each event, thoroughly clean and disinfect all event spaces, including tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and other amenities. - Pay particular attention to high-touch surfaces and shared equipment. 4. Trash Disposal: - Empty all trash bins regularly and replace with new garbage bags. - Properly dispose of trash in designated waste disposal areas. 5. HVAC System Maintenance: - Ensure that the HVAC system is functioning properly and provide adequate ventilation throughout the facility. - Regularly replace air filters and clean ducts to maintain good indoor air quality. 6. Staff Training: - Train all staff members on proper cleaning and disinfection protocols, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment. 7. Communication: - Display signage throughout the facility reminding guests and staff to practice good hygiene and follow safety guidelines. - Communicate cleaning protocols to event organizers and guests to reassure them of the facility's commitment to cleanliness and safety. 8. Continuous Monitoring: - Regularly assess and update the cleaning protocols based on the latest guidance from health authorities and adjust procedures as needed. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
