About the Space

Our Light industrial building renovated into an eccentric & homey visual content studio is a 2250 sq foot light industrial building with 18-foot high ceilings converted into an eccentric and homey visual content space. We have a newly installed cyc wall, dining area, lounge, dressing room & kitchenette. There has been no expense spared on the furnishings and interior design. We offer in-house services from filming/shooting/editing/podcasting and more. The various spaces can be utilized and interchangeable for your projects, or just a comfortable space to host meetings or accomplish other work you may have. The studio offers a range of lighting and gear options for your content creative needs. We have also taken the extra step of treating the space acoustically with custom sound absorption panels for a more pleasing environment. There is an assistant on staff at all times to service the needs of our clientele. We take great pride in the way we host our guests & clients.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
