Our Light industrial building renovated into an eccentric & homey visual content studio is a 2250 sq foot light industrial building with 18-foot high ceilings converted into an eccentric and homey visual content space. We have a newly installed cyc wall, dining area, lounge, dressing room & kitchenette. There has been no expense spared on the furnishings and interior design. We offer in-house services from filming/shooting/editing/podcasting and more. The various spaces can be utilized and interchangeable for your projects, or just a comfortable space to host meetings or accomplish other work you may have. The studio offers a range of lighting and gear options for your content creative needs. We have also taken the extra step of treating the space acoustically with custom sound absorption panels for a more pleasing environment. There is an assistant on staff at all times to service the needs of our clientele. We take great pride in the way we host our guests & clients.

We have paper/plastic cups available for use.
We have paper plates and plastic utensils available for use.
We have one large table to be used for meetings, dining, seating for additional guests, etc. We also have a circular glass table in our lounge area as well.
We have 8 dining chairs seated around our main table for meetings, dining, etc. Plus 2 additional stools that can be moved wherever extra seating is needed.
There are 2 sofas in our lounge area. We also have 2 lounge chairs near our content cyc wall for additional guest seating.
We have 2 Shure SM7B Microphones and 1 Shure SM58 microphone available for use.
We have an Epson projector available for use with bluetooth connection.
There is a JBL Partybox 1000 available for use with bluetooth connection.
We have a 75' TV located in our lounge area that has screen-mirroring capability.
