Modular Multi-Use Arts and Events Venue in the Heart of Oakland Creative Hub

Overlooking the Oakland Hills, our space is a bespoke arts and events venue located in Oakland’s iconic creative hub, Artthaus Studios. Fully equipped with state of the art production capabilities, gated parking, and a highly experienced events team, our space provides a high level, curated end to end experience for every event. We offer a space for a multitude of event and production needs. From gatherings, workshops, photoshoots, video shoots, viewing parties, broadcasts and more, the space can be transformed to fit ANY rental need! Our space has beautiful natural light with large windows and an open floor plan. We have in house fully modular furniture and a two-wall cyc. Adjacent to our space is a beautiful outdoor patio with a view spanning from the San Francisco skyline to the Oakland Hills. Additional meeting rooms or breakout spaces (outside of our immediate space) can be arranged, at an additional cost. Creative Transit Agency was founded in 2016 with the goal and vision of representing talent, understanding clients' needs, all while contributing to the rich creative arts culture of the Bay Area. Since then, CTA has transformed into a full service production & marketing agency. The CTA team consists of Talent & Project Managers, Event Producers and Performing Artists; designing experiences is embedded in our lifestyle. This space is located within the vibrant Artthaus Studios building. Artthaus is FULL of community creatives who are welcoming, kind, and love to collaborate. This building itself is conveniently located within ½ mile of Fruitvale BART and the 880 Freeway. FREE regular street parking in a residential neighborhood with no time restrictions other than street cleaning on certain days. Please see the signs on the street noting which days for cleaning. Onsite parking, within the gated lot, can be arranged at an additional cost.
