About the Space
Our home in the hills built in 1975 retains much of it’s retro charm including a beautiful cinematic archway separating the gorgeous, spacious kitchen from the family room. The kitchen has a massive island with an updated stainless steel stove and a large west facing window that brings in tons of natural light which looks stunning on camera during golden hour. The kitchen and family room have sliding glass doors that open up to a wide, well-manicured backyard with a brick firepit & landscape of fruit trees and grapevines which will bloom this spring. The family room includes a functional gas fireplace& vintage record player console with a decent record collection.The living room opens to the kitchen with high vaulted ceilings and large east facing windows with shades that open barn door style to bring in even more early morning light. This space is absolutely perfect for shooting photos, film, music videos, and social media content like cooking videos or podcasts. This home is our actual family home so if you’re wanting to shoot your videos/photos/content in a cozy space with character that feels like a real home & not just a corporate rental you’ve found the one!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
