About the Space
Big Shot Chicago is a 2700sf West Loop event space and production studio in the historic Acorn Lofts, one block south of Randolph street’s "Restaurant Row" and Fulton Market entertainment district. This stunning, open loft layout is supported by a unique combination of pro-level video, A/V, and IT equipment (added equipment and/or tech personnel charges apply.) This dynamic, impressive event space can accommodate up to 50 guests in a dramatic cityscape setting that includes a private rooftop deck. Flexible and customizable for any use, we welcome corporate events and meetings, moderate volume celebrations and parties, video or still photo production, green screen/black drape shooting, live streaming, video/podcasting, and corporate storytelling meet-ups.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Clients are responsible for general cleanup following their event, including trash collection and removal, packing up and/or disposing of all food and drink, resetting the studio to its original layout, wiping down counters and floors, and picking up debris and dirt from floors. Dumpsters are located behind the building in the rear parking lot; client or guests will take the elevator to the 1st floor, turn right, then right again down the long hallway to the rear loading dock. Follow the ramps to the back glass door, and find the dumpsters outside on the left at the back of the lot. Our onsite manager will be present to guide cleanup and ensure adherence to standards. Professional deep cleaning (included in contract price) is provided between each events to assure perfect conditions for our next guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
