Accommodates intimate live music and DJ. Can connect DJ or Live music to the house system. Semi private buyout options available. Capacity: Indoor 80 / Outdoor 30 Hours: 6:30AM-12AM Daily (2AM for special events) DENAE’S DINER Description: An elevated, retro diner. Great for Brunch/Dinner listening parties or after parties. Denae’s Diner is available for full, private buyouts, providing you with the opportunity to create a personalized dining experience simultaneously with your music event. Inclusive and intimate atmosphere. Both indoor dining room and outdoor patio can be staged for a seated dinner party or be turned into a spacious dance floor. DJ booth behind the bar. Capacity: Indoor 60 / Patio 60 Hours: 6:30AM-11AM ; 5PM-12AM Daily (11AM-5PM or 2AM closing available for special events) CLUB ROOM Description: On the 2nd floor, accessible through the lobby and up by escalators. This private club room is spacious yet cozy. The venue contains a large bar for high volume events, mega subwoofers, a ceiling projector and screen, and adjustable mood lighting. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
