About the Space

This gorgeous brand-new multi-use event space is located in the heart of Venice Beach. The space is perfect for hosting art openings, pop-ups, offsite dinner parties, photoshoots, and team meetings, the options are only as limited as your imagination. Roll-up door leading to a private outdoor patio with access to the alley for loading/unloading.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

This event space was perfect! I had my wedding shower here for ~40 people and it was great. Loved the indoor/outdoor space. Host was very great at communicating and also moved the pool table out of the space for no charge. Would book again!

Yes, I would book again.

This space/venue could not have been more perfect for our intimate memorial service. It was so nice to have a beautiful private space to gather with loved ones. Melissa is an excellent host, incredibly accommodating, and very communicative. She added some personal touches that made the day that much more special...first time using Peerspace and it was a success!!!
