Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was the perfect choice for our nonprofit fundraiser! The host, Amy, was incredible, generous, well-organized, and responded to any and all questions we had in a timely manner. The space itself is well taken care of and is truly a “blank slate.” We were able to transform it into exactly what we were looking for- a section for our company’s live dance performance, a section for tables and dining, a section for our small plates buffet and bar, as well as a space for photo ops and our silent auction. I would highly recommend renting this space! I could see beautiful weddings, fundraisers, and birthdays all held here. We felt so lucky to find Amy and this gorgeous venue for our first fundraising soirée! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the event and commented on how beautiful the venue was :)

We really enjoyed booking here with Amy . She was so responsive and ensured we had everything needed. The space was in a great location and was huge, we were able to accommodate our 90+ guest.

The space is in a great location. Amy was easy to work with. We had a few little snafus when we arrived (no toilet paper, no hand towels, a water drainage issue). We were able to solve them ourselves, but a little stressful. Otherwise, it was great! Floors were clean. The lockbox situation was ideal for catering and rentals. Would definitely book again if I need a Chicago space.
