With our large natural light windows and clean modern bathrooms, this location allows for events of all types! - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

If I could describe my experience in this space in a few words, it would be an Unprofessional, Dirty, and Poorly Managed Venue. Following my event at this venue on Saturday, my experience was deeply disappointing. Here are the key issues I encountered: I was not provided with the necessary code to access the building, and the owner was unreachable when I called. I had to rely on a nearby Teashop owner to contact him. I couldn’t enter the venue until nearly 3 PM, significantly delaying my event. The venue was in unacceptable condition. The floors were dirty, and the kitchen walls were covered in grease. I had to mop the floor and clean the walls myself. For a venue that charges a cleaning fee, this was outrageous. When he did call me back he was very unprofessional after I told him all about how dirty his spot was. I paid for black linen tablecloths, but they were nowhere to be found. The tablecloths provided were mismatched, wrinkled, and had to be cleaned before use. One of the tables was broken, and I had to assemble the tables myself, this is a task I was not informed about in advance. Due to the setup delays caused by the venue's condition, I called the owner an hour before the end of my event to request an extension. He refused, claiming a cleaning crew was coming, which was clearly a lie. Another group arrived to use the venue right after my event, and no cleaning had taken place between bookings. He originally gave me 20 minutes more departing at 6:50 pm. I was out of his establishment at 6:50 pm but was still packing up my items into my car from the sidewalk when “another” group of people (11) walked into the establishment because they were having a “party” starting at 7:00 pm. This venue is poorly maintained, and the owner was dishonest about the cleaning services, which I paid $100 for but had to perform myself. I gathered up all the trash but left the linen on the tables that I sat up. I request a full refund for the cleaning fee. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this venue to anyone.

What a great space! It's basic but it's perfect for small photo shoots that don't need a lot. Plenty of places for power, and the textured wall looks really good. Thanks!
